A: Call the Director, Ian Whitehill on (03) 8711 3472.

Q: What is RSVP's policy on fees and offerings?
A: Variable and negotiable. Fees for schools and official occasions, one or the other for churches, or a mix of both.

Q: Who is involved in the RSVP Team?
A: A range of Christians, mostly in their middle years, talented and experienced in the arts. We customise different teams to meet different purposes.

Q: Does RSVP major on performance?
A: A very clear no! We are very much involved now in interactive workshops and encouraging participants to share the stories of their lives together. This may be enriched by some upfront performance, but participants are encouraged to take part fully.

Q: Does RSVP only take part in Christian events?
A: No, we are open to going almost anywhere.

Q: Does RSVP operate across the whole range of the churches?
A: Yes, we are not tied to any particular denomination.

Q: How did RSVP arise?
A: Ian and others recognised the need to reclaim the arts for the church. See our Background page for more information.

Q: What does' RSVP' mean?
A: 'RSVP' stands for 'Respondez s'il vous plait' (in French), which means 'Respond, if you please'. In other words, we encourage people to respond to God and others in their lives.
